Mulnayak: Nearly 90 cms. high, white - Colored idol of Bhagawan Shantinath in the Padmasana posture.

Tirth: It is in a Jain street in the center of the Kothara village.

Historicity: This sacred place belongs to the group of the five sacred places of the Abdasa Taluka. this temple of the group of the five large temples has a distinct workmanship. On the thirteenth day of the bright half of the month of Magh in the year 1918 of the Vikram era, it was formally installed by Acharya Ratnasagarsuriji of Achalgachchha. The writer of the poem ‘Kesharji Nayak’ on the Shetrunjaya temple, was a native of this place. This temple is also named ‘Kalyan Tunk’. This chief temple is compared to the Meruprabha temple, is extremely beautiful inside as well as outside.

Works of art and Sculpture: Around this temple, there is a high fort with five cells. The gate is 12 feet high and 6 feet broad. The two - storeyed chief temple is very well carved and attractively sculptured. The flags of the eight peaks, fascinate the minds of pilgrims from distance. The open square, the arched gates, the pillars with their special artistry glorify the artistic skill of those days.
