Tirth
It is in a forest and among hills outside the village Virvada.
Historicity
'Virpalli' was the very ancient name of this tirth. There is an inscription on a pillar which states that this temple was renovated in the year 1410 of the Vikram era. The tirth malas composed in the years 1499, 1745 and 1755, make a mention of this tirth. The sculpture of the idols proves their antiquity. Inscriptions show that it was a large and prosperous city and the rich merchants of this place built many temples. A flag is raised on the temple every year on the sixth day of the bright half of the month of Magasar.

This temple is at a distance of 10 kilometers from Shirohi, the nearest railway station is at a distance of 14 kilometers from the village Shirohi and at a distance of only two kilometers from Vamanvada. Bus service and private vehicles are available. There are Boarding and lodging provisions in the village, but it is easier to go up and down from the Vamanvada tirth.
