Historicity
This temple was supposedly built in the year 1036 the idol of Kesariyaji in Dhuleva appeared from this place in the year 909 of the Vikram era. This was once upon a time a very large city. Since this is an ancient tirth of the Dungapur District of Mewar in Rajasthan, it has a special significance. The foot - idols of bhagwan Kesaraiyanath are installed at the place from which Bhagawan appeared. Thousands of Jains and non - Jains go pilgrimaging there.
Other Temples
There are foot - idols of Bhagawan Adinath under, pippal tree. They are known by the name of Kesariya Bala. Devotee come with a special faith and fulfill their wishes.

Since this tirth is an ancient place, ancient and artistic ruins are seen everywhere. The ancient wall paintings of the 20 wandering Tirthnakars and of Kalyanakas (beneficent events of a Tirthankar’s), life of the 24 Thirthankars are delightful to see.
